We provide Supported Living Services to individuals who live or wish to live independently under the referral of your local Regional Center. Altruistic Leadership's mission is to empower individuals of all abilities in all life settings with access to equitable and inclusive services. You tell us your goals, and our dedicated team puts a feasible plan in place to help you reach them. We use your strengths with cultural competency to apply evidence-based practices that lead you to full autonomy, inclusion, and growth in your home and the community. There is power in your voice, and we help you bring it to light with 1:1 direct staff support.

Altruistic Leadership’s Coordinated Family Support (CFS) services mobilizes 1:1 service coordination to adult individuals and families living in the same household. Our CFS program is committed to supporting individuals and families who choose to live together by closing service gaps that may affect the continuity of the desired living arrangement. We believe that individuals and families have a right to access supports and linkages that empower the entire family unit and create sustainable outcomes for each member in the home. Our program leads with cultural sensitivity and awareness and honors each person’s values and beliefs.
